PURPOSE: A muffler welding apparatus capable of welding front pipe and rear pipe at both sides of a main body of the muffler at the same time is provided to enhance working efficiency and to greatly reduce time and space for welding by using only one welding apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) comprises a base rod(2), a pair of frames(3, 4) mounted on the rod(2), rotating tables(5, 6) to pivotally support the frames(3, 4), a pipe supporting portion(8) to retain one end of a front pipe(7) on the table(5) and another pipe supporting portion(12) to retain a rear pipe(11) on the other table(6). On the base rod(2), a supporting part(10) to secure a main body(9) of the muffler at bottom side is installed. The supporting part(10) has an elevation/descending component(10a) to eliminate interference between the main body(9) and the part(10) when the part(10) is firstly welded and put down in a condition of the front and the rear pipes(7, 11) being connected.
