PURPOSE: A system for controlling the light-on/off of a fluorescent lamp of a billboard is provided to reduce the electricity rates by controlling the light-on/off of a plurality of fluorescent lamp in a group. CONSTITUTION: An indoor control box is comprised of a signal processing unit for processing a signal inputted through a signal input unit and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) for displaying the signal inputted from the signal input unit. A power control unit(105) receives data transmitted from the signal input unit through a signal control unit(100) to selectively supply a driving power to a magnetic switching unit(200). The magnetic switching unit(200) selectively switches an AC(Alternating Current) power having a predetermined value supplied through a switch(110). Fluorescent lamps(170,171,172,173) receives the AC power through the magnetic switching unit(200) to emit light.
