PURPOSE: A fish habitat block, in which a fish habitation space and a fish way are defined, and a construction method thereof are provided to encourage the weed planting of the waterside, thus providing a good fish habitation and spawning ground. CONSTITUTION: In the four-branch type fish habitat block(1), the four branches(2) are drilled with a fish way bore(3) in perpendicular to an extending direction of each branch, and the distal end of each branch is installed with a connection loop(4) which is used for the connection of other blocks. A fish habitation space(6) defined between the branches is provided with a vegetation bag for various waterside plants to form a waterweed stand.
