PURPOSE: An airbag is provided to easily carry by wearing in a waist, to maintain the worn state without any wearing feeling and to secure the safety in sea. CONSTITUTION: An airbag(4) is embedded in a case(2) and expanded in a tube shape. A gas supplier(6) supplies compressed gas to the airbag by connecting with the airbag. A pipe(8) blows wind to the airbag manually and discharge filled gas of the airbag. The airbag is small and light and worn by a belt. Therefore, a user acts freely with wearing the airbag. The user comes up to the surface by pulling a lever and expanding the airbag. Thereby, drowning accidents are prevented.
