The method produces a green blank for car tyres. The blank is made from a variety of tyre structural components, in unvulcanised rubber mixture, with partly-embedded reinforcements. The new feature is used of a plasma and/or flame treatment, which increases surface adhesion in the blank assembly. Also claimed is a green tyre blank produced as described. |
