PURPOSE: An artificial drizzle falling apparatus is provided to facilitate the circulation of blood of a user and effectively prevent heart attack, myocardial infarction, respiratory illness and so on during bathing. CONSTITUTION: The artificial drizzle falling apparatus comprises a body(20) installed to the ceiling of an artificial rain falling room(10); water and air supply pipes(22,24) connected to the upper side of the body; a first panel(26) formed with a plurality of bosses(26a) and water injecting holes(26b), the bosses serving to generate a frictional force in order to atomize water particles falling onto the top surface of the panel; and a second panel(28) spaced apart from the first panel, the second panel being formed with a plurality of water injection holes(28a) for injecting water toward the first panel at a high speed by using a compression force of air.
