PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside rear view mirror for a vehicle capable of preventing the vibration of a mirror body without mounting a spring in a gap. SOLUTION: An elastically deformable lip part 14 for narrowing or filling up the gap between an opening 2 edge part of a housing 3 and a holder 7, is mounted on at least one of left and right both side parts of the gap S, of one of the holder 7 and the opening 2 edge part, whereby the air causing the vibration of the holder 7 does not come out from the gap S to the outside of a housing, even when an angle of the holder 7 is changed.
