PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging structure for mushrooms, which is designed so that the whole mushrooms are seen as one body by arranging portions to be supplemented in such a case that the weight of mushrooms to be packaged is adjusted and so that a commodity value is not impaired due to an external appearance. SOLUTION: A hole 1 is provided at a central portion of a holding member A1 for packaging, which is formed of cardboard. A diameter of the hole 1 is preset to about one fourth of the width of the holding member A1 for packaging. A number of cuts 2 are radially provided around the hole 1. Each cut 2 penetrates through a front and a rear surfaces of the holding member A1 for packaging. Forward ends of the respective cuts 2 are provided so as to be on the same circle with the hole 1 as a center. By pushing a stem 50 of each mushroom 5 into the hole 1, each holding piece 3 is expanded to define an insert port 4, and each mushroom 5 is inserted into the insert port 4 to be held therein. The holding member A1 for packaging and the mushrooms 5 are pillow-packaged with a packaging bag 6.
