PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster structure of a baby carriage capable of automatically fixing a caster to a predetermined position in the turning direction in folding the baby carriage, and the baby carriage. SOLUTION: A turning shaft 24 is fixed to a front wheel frame 22 of the baby carriage, a turning frame 32 is disposed coaxially with the turning shaft 24, and a wheel 38 is mounted to the turning frame 32.
