PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing structure for a product with accessories where the product 2 and the accessories 3 can be packed in the same case 1 without deforming the case of the product 2. SOLUTION: Both ends of a protective panel 4 whose cross section has a U shape recess in its center is placed on cushioning materials 6, 6 filled between a product 2 and a case. By storing accessories 3 in the recess and covering the case with covers 1a, 1a, both ends of the panel 4 are held by the covers 1a, 1a and the cushioning materials 6, 6 for fixing and for raising the panel 4 from the product 2.
