<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for monitoring the waveform of blood pressure, with which an exact blood pressure waveform can be displayed even while a blood pressure is measured by a cuff. SOLUTION: When a photoelectric pulse wave detector 66 is mounted on a part, which does not become the downstream side of a cuff 10, a photoelectric pulse wave detected by the photoelectric pulse wave detector 66 is not affected even when the part, where the cuff 10 is wound, is pressed by that cuff 10. Therefore, an estimated blood pressure waveform EPW determined by an estimated blood pressure waveform determining means 100 on the basis of the photoelectric pulse wave detected by the photoelectric pulse wave detector 66 is not affected by the pressure caused by the cuff 10. When a pressure pulse wave detected by a pressure pulse wave sensor 46 is abnormal, in place of the pressure pulse wave, the estimated blood pressure waveform EPW determined by the estimated blood pressure waveform determining means 100 is displayed by a waveform display control means 102. Therefore, even while the blood pressure is measured by the cuff 10, the exact blood pressure waveform is displayed.</p> |
