PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gable-top type paper container capable of unsealing a top seal part of a top part with a relatively small force. SOLUTION: Easy unsealability is given by forming a cutting line (a) piercing a back side layer (102) and a vapor deposition film layer (103) of a laminate sheet (100) constituting the paper container in which a base member (105) is formed of a cardboard, a face layer (101) and the back side layer (102) are formed of polyethylene, and the vapor deposition film (103) is laminated on the inner side of the back side layer via an adhesive layer (104) and the cutting line (a) is formed on an inner affixing piece (17) of at least one of top seal parts (18) constituting a top part (3) of the gable-top type paper container.
