PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fast and compact information memory device. SOLUTION: An information memory unit 10 functioning in vacuum is provided with a data memory medium 28 having an information memory ranges 30a, 30b for memorizing and reading out information. An array of an electronic beam emitter 20 is separately positioned near the data memory medium 28 so as to selectively send plural electronic beams to the data memory medium 28. A microelectronic/mechanic motor composed of a stator wafer 14 comprising a driving electrode 42 and a rotor wafer 16 comprising a non-driving electrode 40 is related to the data memory medium 28, and moves the data memory medium 28 to the array of the electronic beam emitter 20. Therefore, each emitter 20 selectively sends the electronic beam 21 to a part of the information memory range 30b, thereby reading/writing information.
