PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step eliminator free to easily mount and remove on and from a wheelchair, free to travel the wheelchair with it mounted on it and free to operate even in a small area. SOLUTION: This step eliminator can be mounted on a frame B1 of the wheelchair so as to support the frame B1 of the wheelchair, can be stored within width of a main wheel B4 of the developed wheelchair, has a flexible elevating mechanism 1, can be stored between a seat of the wheelchair B and a floor surface in its contracted state and can lift up the wheelchair B higher than a step in its extended state. Additionally, it is possible to slide and rotate the step eliminator against the wheelchair B.
