<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device of a game machine capable of adding realistic sensations to a game. SOLUTION: A game machine is composed of a game machine body 100 and a drill type input device 210. The drill type input device 210 has a shape resembling a real excavation drill, and is composed of grips 213 and 214 horizontally provided in the vicinity of the upper portion, and a connecting member 220 to connect to an operating panel 200 and the like. A player can give an excavation instruction to a player character appearing in a game by holding the grips 213 and 214 and pushing down the drill type input device 210.
