PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which it is possible to repeatedly use a game board and a main body part and it is possible to decrease cost accompanied with change in the kind of the machine and change in layout, etc. SOLUTION: The game machine having a displaying part which is provided on the game board and on which a screen image comprising a discriminating information image and a production image in accordance with game condition is displayed and a starting hole for making game balls win a prize, a prize-winning ball means for performing actions comprising hitting out of the game balls, opening and closing movable pieces and putting out the game balls and a control part at least performing to control electronic data transmission to the displaying part to synthesize the screen image, is provided and it is characterized by the control part comprising a main control part performing a leading control on at least synthesis of the screen image and the action of the prize-winning ball means and a prize-winning ball control part performing control of instruments constituting the prize-winning ball means and a circuit board in which the prize-winning ball control part is built being fixed and arranged on the game machine and an outer unit in which the control part except the prize-winning ball control part is built being freely removably mounted.
