PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate membrane for a sound insulating laminated glass capable of developing excellent sound insulating performance stably for a long period over broad temperature range preventing the lowering of TL value by relaxation of the coincidence effect without damaging the fundamental properties required for the laminated glass such as transparency, weatherability, impact energy absorbing property and adhesibility with glass, and also without damaging mechanical strength, formability and handleability of the intermediate membrane. SOLUTION: This intermediate membrane for the laminating glass is a resin membrane comprising a plasticizer and a polyvinyl acetal resin (c) which is a mixture of a polyvinyl acetal resin (a) and a polyvinyl acetal resin (b) wherein the cloud point (Ta) of a mixture of the plasticizer and the polyvinyl acetal resin (a) is <50 deg.C, the cloud point (Tb) of a mixture of the plasticizer and the polyvinyl acetal resin (b) is >50 deg.C, and Tb-Ta>=50. |
