PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthopedic fixing material which has a sufficient effect of holding a lesion, has a good fit and good air permeability and facilitates application work to the lesion. SOLUTION: The orthopedic fixing material is provided with a supporting member 1 which is deformable in compliance with the approximately shape of the lesion and is capable of supporting the lesion by maintaining the state after the deformation. A mixture formed by mixing granular materials 6 having the elasticity and a hydraulic resin 7 having the elasticity after curing by the hydraulic resin 7 of the amount sufficient for bonding the respective granular material 6 to each other to the state that the intermovement between the granular materials 6 is permitted is coated with a water permeable material 8, by which a buffer member 5 is formed. The orthopedic fixing material is formed by integrating the buffer member 5 and the supporting member 1.
