PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newspaper binder capable of binding newspaper copies without perforating them and a holder for compactly receiving newspaper copies filed in the binder. SOLUTION: This newspaper binder is constituted of a binder 2 which has a pair of right/left elastically contacting side plates 4 in an opening part with a U-shaped section, measuring upto the longitudinal length of newspaper 1 as the overall length of the binder and a fixing bar 3 slightly longer than the binder 2. The holder which receives the newspaper copies filed by the binder 2 and rolled, is formed of a pair of right/left pinching plates integrally molded with a bottom base plate. This newspaper binder is used by fixing the base plate of the holder to a wall surface.
