PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost pressure-sensitive and adhesive decorative sheet which can be easily executed by an amateur and which is recyclable and environmentally-friendly. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive and adhesive decorative sheet comprises a sheet body 2 decorated such as printed or the like on a front surface, a shielding layer 3 provided on the body 2 to shield a tacky adhesive, an elastic layer 4 provided on the layer 3 having elasticity and impregnable with the adhesive, and many isolating members 5, etc., projected from the front surface of the layer 4 and disposed in parallel at each predetermined interval. The sheet 1 is adhered to a matter 25 to be adhered by impregnating the layer 4 with the adhesive, and pressing the layer 4 to the matter 25 by a predetermined or more pressing force.
