PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring cutter that does not generate drop out of a round edge of flat bar and has a high suppressing effect of burr generation. SOLUTION: In this deburring cutter, the corner angleαof a deburring blade 4 is negative, the outer peripheral cutting edge 4c of the deburring blade 4 is recessed by a micro amount on the inside of a cutter body 11 with respect to a cutting edge of a cutting blade 2, and the tip side cutting edge 4d projects by a micro amount a on the tip side in the axial G direction of the cutter body 11. The corner angleαof the deburring blade 4 is set in the range of -15 to -25 deg., and the projecting mount a on the tip side in the axial direction of the cutter body 11 of the tip side cutting edge of the deburring blade 4 with respect to the cutting edge of the cutting blade 2 is less than 0.05 mm.
