PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball which has a thin and soft cover to soften hitting feeling and keep speed. SOLUTION: This is a solid golf ball with a diameter smaller than about 4.318 cm (about 1.70 inch) including a core formed of a rubber base material with at least about 40 of a resilience factor and about 4.0132 cm (about 1.58 inch) of an outer diameter and a cover placed around the core and formed of a material with a shore hardness smaller than about 65.
