<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a paper sheet is not sent and jamming occurs at a paper sheet separation section in passing a paper sheet which is stiff, thick and waved and whose tip is curled downward. SOLUTION: These devices have two paper feeding rollers 12 which are provided at a specified space in a paper width direction Y and feed the paper sheet P carried by a pick up roller 11 in a paper feeding direction X4, two first friction members 1 which are pressed to contact the feed rollers 12 arranged to oppose to each other, first holding members 14 for holding each of the first friction members 1, a second friction member 2 which is arranged between the feed rollers 12 in the direction Y and whose base end side 2b occupies a intersection position 16-1 whose free end 2c occupies the position downstream of the intersection position 16-1 and wherein the section between the intersection position 16-1 and the free end 2c is projected toward a shaft 12b than the external periphery of each feed roller 12, and a second holding member 5 for holding the second friction member 2.</p> |
