<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood type golf club head with stabilized directivity. SOLUTION: This golf club head 1 is made by forming a coating film 3 on the surface of the head base body 2 made of a metallic material. The coating film 3 is constituted of a ground layer 3a formed most to the head base body 2 side, a colored layer 3b formed on the outside of the ground layer 3a and comprising a coloring paint, a colored polarization layer 3c formed on the outside of the colored layer 3b and including a coloring paint and a polarization material, and a transparent clear layer 3d formed on the outside of the colored polarization layer 3c.</p> |
