PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the resin injected from the leading end of a nozzle is lowered in its flow speed because the flow route up to a product part changes at a right angle to bring about the lowering of quality such that double refraction characteristics deteriorate. SOLUTION: A resin material is injected from the axial center of an optical disk substrate of one of opposed molds 2 and 10 toward the other mold 2 and the flow of the resin material immediately after injection is changed at an obtuse angle in the diameter direction of the optical disk substrate.
