PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond thread-like members having elastic elongatability to a sheet material of a throw-away wearing article without impairing the texture of the wearing article. SOLUTION: A process step of fitting the sheet material with the thread-like members 11 having the elastic elongatability by means of adhesives 14 is included in a fabrication line for the throw-away wearing article. The adhesives 14 are applied to the peripheral surface 13 of the thread-like members 11 by drawing a substantially continuous line 16 and thereafter the thread-like members 11 is bonded to the sheet material forming the wearing article. The continuous line 16 progresses in the longitudinal direction of the thread-like members 11 while repeating, undulations on the plane obtained by developing the peripheral surface 13 and the undulations have a height 43 which is the same as the circumferential length A of the thread-like members 11 or is greater than the same.
