PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pot with a structure which hardly causes bad operations and failures due to a wet printed circuit board in a case that water invades in a space between an outer casing and an inner container. SOLUTION: A substrate 40 of microcomputer to which the microcomputer and its peripheral circuit components are mounted is accommodated in a first closed space RM1 inside an operation panel 29. A substrate of power to which the components of power circuits are mounted is accommodated in a second closed space RM2 inside a box body 75 provided so that the box body 75 comes next to a lower wall 74 of the first closed space RM1 opposing to the operation panel 29. Inserting a hollow protrusion made on the box body 75 into an opening formed on the lower wall forms a communicating part between the first closed space RM1 and the second closed space RM2 and arranges a wiring member connecting the substrate 40 of the microcomputer and the substrate of the power through the communicating part part.
