PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling system designed so as to improve drainage efficiency and workability depended thereon, installation stability of a raising seedling pool, working efficiency in making the raising seedling pool, efficiency in setting a raising seedling box, and installation stability of the raising seedling box. SOLUTION: This raising seedling system is structured as follows: a raising seedling pool P where raising seedling boxes B in which paddy rice seedlings are planted are set and the paddy rice seedlings are raised through water supply or drainage, is made on the ground e, and a base 10 with an installation surface c higher than the general surface n of the ground e is set on the ground e; wherein the raising seedling pool P comprises a flexible resin pool body 14 having a flame body 11, a water tank part 12 which is fixed inside the flame body 11 and charged with water and in which the raising seedling boxes B are placed in lines, and a holding part 13 holding the water tank part 12 to the flame body 11, and a drainage part 15 for draining water out of the pool body 14.
