PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold fishing rods having different reel positions while preventing the interference of the reel with the front supporting part. SOLUTION: A supporting member 70 is rotatably supported with a supporting rod 10 and two holders 20 are rotatably supported on both ends of the supporting member 70. Arms 30 are supported with the holders 20 in a manner to enable the adjustment of vertical tilting angle and fishing rods are supported with the arms 30. The arm body 40 of the arm 30 is swivellably supported with the holder 20 and the length of the arm 30 is adjusted to prevent the interference of the reel to a front supporting part 41 by loosening a lock screw 61 of a fastening member 60 and sliding an auxiliary arm 50 placed on the rear end of the arm body 40 in longitudinal direction. The rod holding tool having the above structure enables the holding of two different kinds of fishing rods at the same time, the rotation of two fishing rods separately or at the same time and the adjustment of the vertical tilting angle of the fishing rod.
