PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping structure of a body capable of suppressing uncomfortable vibration and noise by utilizing existing parts without adding other parts. SOLUTION: At least either of the supports of a mud guard 2 and a side sill protector on a body is formed in an elastic structure so that at least either of the mud guard 2 and the side sill protector can be vibrated against the body. Since the mud guard 2 or the side sill protector develops a vibration damping effect as a dynamic damper, the occurrence of the vibration and noise can be suppressed.
