PURPOSE: A structure for working a brake for braking a vehicle and a clutch optionally intermitting the power of an engine for a drive wheel is provided to certainly secure brake power by cutting off power by working simultaneously a brake system and a clutch system together. CONSTITUTION: A structure for working a brake and a clutch is composed of a first hydraulic pipe(5) connected from the rear of a clutch master cylinder(2) to the inside of a clutch system; a second hydraulic pipe(9) coupled from the rear of a brake master cylinder to the inside of a brake system; and a connecting pipe(8) installed between first and second hydraulic pipes to pass oil and equipped with a check valve at a predetermined location to flow oil into only the first hydraulic pipe. Hydraulic pressure generated in the brake master cylinder works the clutch and the brake at the same time through the second hydraulic pipe and the connecting pipe.
