PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a regenerated food material by using food wastes discharged from a food factory, that is, vegetable fibers obtained from juice residues of vegetables and fruits, and alcohol-containing residues or the like. SOLUTION: The regenerated food material consists of a mixture of vegetable juice residues or fruit/fruit vegetable juice residues, and alcohol-containing residues. Especially, the vegetable juice residues or fruit/fruit vegetable juice residues are juice residues from crushed carrots or apple juice residues; and the alcoholized fruit residues are paste of plum wine filtration residues, i.e., plum fruit residues. The mixture of such vegetable juice residues or fruit/fruit vegetable juice residues, and such alcohol-containing residues is compounded with grain or grain powder of wheat or the like to produce various raw materials for cocking cakes, breads or the like. |
