PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dust bag from becoming an obstacle to work. SOLUTION: Connection between a discharge tube 5 protruded sideways of a housing 2 to the dust bag 7 is achieved by a universal coupling 9 for engaging a connection cylinder 8 protruded from an end surface of the dust bag 7 in a hemispherical form a little larger than a ball-shaped part 6 formed on a tip of the discharge tube 5 with the ball-shaped part 6 on the outer side of it. The dust bag 7 is set to be radially rotatable around the discharge tube 5 by means of this universal coupling 9. |
