PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a warming up operation time by speeding up temperature increase of an engine in the warming up operation by restricting a suction amount of the outside air from an intake port opening to an engine room during low temperature. SOLUTION: In the engine room 9 for storing the engine 10 of a hydraulic shovel 1, an openable/closable shutter is disposed in the intake port 15 of air for combusting fuels of or cooling the engine, the shutter defines a louver 19 that adjusts air and can turn each plate 10, and an actuator operates the shutter in the closing direction of it when temperatures detected by outside air sensors 25 and 29 are lower than predetermined temperatures.
