PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery notice producing outputting apparatus connected with an inputting apparatus, capable of producing original and duplicate delivery notices simultaneously and inexpensively in a single operation. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises printing parts 30, 40 having a pair of right and left thermal heads, a cutter part for cutting a roll-like thermosensitive paper 60, stackers 50 for accumulating the thermosensitive paper after cutting, provided on the right and left sides outside the apparatus, a pair of upper and lower electricity eliminating brushes 93, 94 disposed on the outlet side of the cutter part for contacting with the thermosensitive paper after printing from above and below for eliminating the static electricity, a control part (CPU substrate) 101 for producing a printing format with a ruling format added to image data received from an inputting apparatus and providing the same to the printing parts 30, 40, a power source part 105, and an upper case 110.
