SOLUTION: A recessed part 19 recessed on the inner peripheral side of a tool body is formed in a place of a wall surface 17A facing to the outer peripheral side of the tool body of a tip pocket 17 that lies in a just front side of an insert mounting seat 18 in the tool rotating direction T. The size of the recessed part 19 is set so that when the insert 20 is moved to the proximity of the recessed part 19 along a clamp screw 25 by loosing the clamp screw 25 and is rotated around the center line C of the clamp screw 25, a corner part 23 of the insert 20 can pass through the recessed part.
