PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape guiding device capable of always eliminating the static electricity generated between a tape-form supporting body and a guide roller effectively and preventing surely cockles and damages from generating on the tape-form supporting body caused by static electricity. SOLUTION: This tape guiding device 20 is to guide the running tape-form supporting body 22 and is provided with a fixed shaft 24 which is held at a ground potential, the guide roller 26 supported on the fixed shaft 24 rotatably, and a disk 28, which is fixed to the fixed shaft 24 intersected orthogonally and fixed to the fixed shaft 24 and conducted to the fixed shaft 24. The tape guiding device 20 is also provided with a contact brush 30, one end section of which is connected to the disk 28 electrically and the other end section of which is formed as a free end which contact the guide roller 26 slidably and electrically to conduct the guide roller 26 to the disk 28.
