PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight structure for a truck gate capable of preventing the intrusion of the water and the like to the inside of a load- carrying platform from a peripheral edge part of the truck gate, and to provide an approximately L-shaped weather strip composing the watertight structure. SOLUTION: This watertight structure of the truck gate prevents the intrusion of the water or the like to the inside of the load-carrying platform from the peripheral edge part of the truck gate provided with a bottom rail and corner posts 6 mounted on left and right both ends of the bottom rail. The watertight structure of the truck gate is provided with a bottom weather strip 4 mounted on a lower side part 3 of the bottom rail, post weather strips 7 mounted on the corner posts 6, and approximately L-shaped weather strips 11 mounted on corner parts respectively between the bottom weather strip 4 and the post weather strip 7, and an overlap structure area W is formed by one of a horizontal arm 12 and a vertical arm 13 of the approximately L-shaped weather strip 11, and the bottom weather strip 7.
