PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounter capable of accurately picking up electronic components from an electronic component support member while shortening a working time and preventing a defective component from occurring. SOLUTION: This electronic component mounter 10 comprises a suckingly holding part 5a for suckingly and temporarily holding electronic components 1 arranged on the electronic component support member 3 and reversing the electronic components upside down and a second suckingly holding part 5b for sucking the electronic components 1 temporarily held on the first suckingly holding part 5a and mounting the electronic components 1 on a mounted body 7. The first and second suckingly holding parts 5a and 5b are pyramid collets having sucking means at the tips thereof and four sloped surfaces 51. An apex angle θ1 formed with the sloped surfaces 51 of the first suckingly holding part 5a is 80 to 100 deg., and an apex angle θ2 formed with the sloped surfaces 51 of the second suckingly holding part 5b is 110 to 130 deg.. |
