摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm operating mechanism allowing an arm to suitably conduct a specified operating by a simple structure, while suppressing increase in size and weight. SOLUTION: This arm operating mechanism comprises a first arm capable of rotating about a center axis 1 of a supporting portion supporting a base end portion 1a, a second arm having a base end portion 2a connected to a tip end portion 1b of the first arm 1 through a connecting portion 7, a link base 40 connected to the first arm 1 so as to relatively rotate, and a parallel link 4A capable of moving with rotations of the first arm 1 while keeping the link base 40 at a prescribed attitude. The arm action mechanism is provided with a rotating element 5B rotating on the basis of relative rotations of the first arm 1 and the link base 40 when the first arm 1 rotates, and a mechanism portion rotating the second arm 2 about the center axis C2 of the connecting portion 7 by rotation force of the rotating element 5B.
