PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting bag having a simple structure, made to be suitable for automatized and mass production so as to lower its cost, and excellent in user-friendliness because of allowing a user to stably hold it while containing soil. SOLUTION: This planting bag has a body part 12 having an opening part 12b provided with an opening means 12b', and a bottom part 14 comprising a pair of bag bodies 13 communicating to the body part 12 and arranged in a gusset state; wherein the respective corner parts facing to each other of the bag bodies 13 are firmly fixed each in a spotted state, the bottom part 14 can be developed into a flat-bottomed one, and a covering film part (multi-film part) 15 is integrally formed at the upper part of the opening part 12b in a separable fashion.
