PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a quilt into a bag-shaped case easily. SOLUTION: A cloth 1 for the right side and a cloth 2 for the wrong side are sewed up together at their peripheral edges and are made into a flat, bag- shaped body. The cloth 2 for the wrong side is divided into the right and left parts in the middle. Their divided edges 2a, 2b are overlapped for a necessary length (a), and the both ends 3a, 3b of the overlapped parts 3 are sewed up together for a necessary length (b). An opening found in the middle allows a user to put in a quilt P easily, and the both ends which are sewed up contribute to restrain the opening. A rubber string 5 is provided at the divided edges 2a, 2b. The both ends are pulled by the rubber string 5, and the opening is restrained. The length of (a) requires 20 cm and the length of (b) requires 25 cm for the quilt of 150×210 cm, in width×length.
