SOLUTION: A form comprises a form body 11 opened at its upper side, a deaeration sheet 13 provided so as to cover the surface of the concrete placed in the placing space of the body 11, a cover form 12 mounted on the upper part of the body 11 via the sheet 13, and a spacer 14 for forming an air layer A between the sheet 13 and the form 12. The bubbles rising to the surface of the concrete are passed through the sheet 13 and released to the layer A.
