PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of car body components supported by a bumper through a supporting piece, by holding the supporting piece formed on the bumper vertically rotatably by an integral hinge, in a pulled-up state. SOLUTION: In this bumper 1A for a vehicle, made of a synthetic resin, and provided with a supporting part 2 for supporting one ends 64, 73 of the car body components 6, 7 mounted on a lower part of the vehicle, on a bumper body 10A mounted on the vehicle, the supporting part 2 is composed of the supporting piece 21 integrally molded on a lower edge 10 of the bumper body 10A vertically rotatably through the integral hinge 20, and connected with one ends 64, 73 of the car body components 6, 7, and a holding piece 25 projected on a rear face of the bumper body 10A, connected to the supporting piece 21 by a connecting means 3, and holding the supporting piece 21 at a predetermined angle.
