PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile collapse prevention car capable of temporarily preventing the collapse of a building in a time of disaster, and filling up a defect of a road to make the road travelable. SOLUTION: This mobile collapse prevention car is provided with a loading space 2, a telescopic member 5 mounted on the loading space at its basic end, and a plate 3 mounted on a tip of the telescopic member, having an area approximately equal to an area of the loading space of a vehicle, and having a controllable tilting angle.
