PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium to be ink-jet-recorded, in which an image density is high, a color tone is distinct and, in addition, which has an excellent ink absorbing capacity. SOLUTION: The medium to be recorded is a fibrous substance containing a polyamide polyamine epihalohydrin resin. The fibrous substance is sizeless. The viscosity of the resin in a 15 wt.% aqueous solution at 25 deg.C is set to be 6 mPa.s or more and 40 mPa.s or less and its degree of cationic activation at pH of 10 is set to be 0.4 meq/g or more and 2.0 meq/g or less. The manufacturing method of the medium to be recorded, the image forming method employing the medium to be recorded and a printed matter employing the medium to be recorded are dealt. |
