PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply electric power to an elevator device without using a traveling cable of an elevator especially for normally operating the elevator device even in the power failure concerning an electric power supply device of overall energy required for driving an elevator car and the elevator device. SOLUTION: A fuel cell is used as the electric power supply device of a traction machine to drive the car of the elevator device to maintain constantly stable operation of the elevator device regardless of a state of an external electric power source. Additionally, the fuel cell is used for at least one of the electric power sources for a lighting system of the elevator device, a door driving device, a car operation panel, a car inner display device, a landing display device, an air conditioner and a landing button. |
