<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collating device for commodities capable of improving the efficiency when a computer collates a book inputted by an upstream worker with the described content on a receipt of ordered sheet, and a downstream worker collects the collated books for dispatching. SOLUTION: Two sorting lines 4, 5 are arranged selectively connectably through a sorting chuter 3 at a downstream of a conveyor 2 for conveying books, and the sorting chuter 3 is switched for every group of books by dispatch, so that the last group of books can be prevented from being mixed with the present group of books even if the upstream worker inputs the next book to the conveyor 2, when the downstream worker collects the collated books for dispatching, whereby the dispatch work can be smoothly performed, and the efficiency of a system can be totally improved. Each sorting line 4, 5 is preferably composed of a processing approving line 4a, 5a and a processing disapproving line 4b, 5b.</p> |
