PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a preform molding mechanism for preforming an elastic material in a desired shape with a radially flowing history of the material. SOLUTION: The preform molding mechanism preforms the elastic material in the desired shape. The mechanism forms a cylinder extruding mechanism by a torpedo 1 connected to a breaker plate 2 and a temperature-regulated outer cylindrical part 4 which includes the torpedo 1, forms the distal end 5 of the torpedo 1 in a club-shape to form the extrusion port of the circumferential direction of the distal end 6 of the cylindrical part 4, and cutting to form the outer peripheral surface by a reciprocating annular plate 3. Thus, the preform is formed with the radially flowing history of the material with respect to a ring-like disc plane. |
