PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming an inkjet print head substrate, the inkjet print head substrate, a method of manufacturing an inkjet print head, and the inkjet print head wherein an adhering strength between the substrate for forming an ink ejection pressure generating element and an ink passage forming member is enhanced and reliability is high even when the ink passage forming member is formed to be long and great. SOLUTION: In the method of forming the inkjet print head substrate or the like wherein the ink passage forming member is bonded to the substrate for forming the ink ejection pressure generating element, fine pits are formed on the substrate at the portion bonded to the ink passage forming member.
